Weddings are our focus, along with the celebrations that come with one — engagements, baby showers (seemantham), puberty functions, birthdays and other family celebrations — all shot with the same candid approach.

Yes — every booking is confirmed with a written agreement covering your package, schedule and payment terms, so everything is clear for both sides.

To prepare properly, we ask for your wedding invitation (for correct name spellings), a point of contact on the day, a day-wise schedule with venue and timing details, your delivery address, and — if a film is part of your package — the songs you'd like us to shoot around.

It helps us get names, ceremony titles and family details right in your album and film — small spelling errors are hard to fix once they’re part of the final product, so sharing it early helps.

A simple day-wise list works best: date, time, event and venue. Please include when makeup and getting-ready starts, so we know when to arrive for those shots.

For larger weddings, we try to understand the venue in advance — through photos, a call, or a visit where possible — so we're prepared for the lighting and layout on the day.

If another team will also be shooting (for example, from the other family), please let us know in advance — it helps us coordinate and make sure your coverage isn't duplicated or interrupted.

It's best to finalise your song choice before editing begins, since changing it partway through will delay delivery. Let us know any must-have moments you'd like the edit to highlight when you share your pick.

Once your film is ready for review, we'll share a preview link with you. Let us know your correction requests and we'll fine-tune it before finalising.

The count depends on your event's length and package — we deliver a generously curated, professionally edited set from your day rather than a fixed number.

We deliver the final film in 4K resolution (when applicable) and provide multiple formats: digital download links, USB drives, and password-protected online access for easy sharing with family and friends.

Once your photos are ready, we'll guide you through selecting images for your album. Design begins as soon as we have your final selection, and we'll share a digital proof for your approval before anything goes to print.

It helps to group your favourites into rough categories — couple portraits, family shots, event coverage, guest groups — and share them with us via Google Drive or a similar link.

Once you approve your album design proof and clear the final balance, your album and remaining softcopies are delivered within a week.

We keep your delivered files backed up on our side for a good while after your event, but we always recommend saving your own copy as soon as you receive everything — that way you're never dependent on us for access.
